The production deployment has been completed and the connector version 19.2-190 is available through automatic update or can be downloaded directly from the admin portal. Customer who have automatic updates enabled for the connectors will get the new version without manual interference. The QA testing of the new version of connector has been completed. Our ops team is currently working on the production deployment. We expect the new version will be available through automatic update within 1 - 2 hours. We will send another update as soon as it is available. We have confirmed that the issue exists with the “Idaptive” connectors. The Dev teams are working to release a new version of the connectors that will mitigate the issue. Customer who have automatic updates enabled for the connectors will get the new versions once they have been made available. We will send another update in 4 hours or earlier to share the ETA on the availability of new Connectors. After the 19.3 release, some customers have experienced issues with the connector going into a disabled state after the automatic update. If this issue is encountered, kindly check the connector status on the host machine(s), enable and restart the service to resolve the issue. If there are any problems with this workaround please call support.We will update as soon as we have additional details.
