This issue has been mitigated. The workaround is no longer needed. This incident will be left in monitoring until Monday June 28th PT.

We recently became aware of an issue with client MFA since the Saturday 27th 20.3 cloud release. MFA will prompt for offline passcode or stop functioning. Centrify engineering is urgently working to resolve this.
