Centrify Cloud Service Advisory - Email Delay ( All Regions )
Engineers have confirmed that email delays with our service provider have been fully resolved. This incident is now mitigated.
We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.
Our provider for messaging is currently experiencing partial service degradation. As a result, some of our customers may be experiencing delays in receiving emails for: MFA emails, user invitations, device enrollment invitations and provisioning reports when sending to a Yahoo.com email address. Currently these emails may be delayed for 15 minutes or more. Please note that no emails are lost as a result of this technical issue -- only delayed in being sent to recipients. We will continue to monitor this situation and provide more updates when available.
This incident affected: Zero Trust Privilege Services (pod1, pod2, pod4, pod7, pod8, fedpod0, cloud, pod9, pod10, apac, emea, pod13, pod14, pod15, pod17) and Identity Service (pod1, pod2, pod4, pod7, pod8, fedpod0, cloud, pod9, pod10, apac, emea, pod13, pod14, pod15, pod17, pod20, pod22, pod19, pod25, pod27, pod29, pod30).
