Centrify will perform scheduled maintenance on Saturday November 21st to perform back-end service upgrades for the Centrify Cloud on pods cloud (aka 0), 9 & 13. Service will occur between the hours of 10am and 5pm PT.

Customers may experience a brief service interruption of up to 15 minutes as upgrades roll through the service during the maintenance window. RDP and SSH connections may be reset during this time. If an internal DNS caching server is in use, the cache will need to be purged.

Once maintenance is completed, tenants will be on either pod 27 or pod 35. To find out which pod you are on, log onto the portal, click on your username (upper right hand of your browser) then About. If whitelisting was previously needed, *.relay.centrify.com and *.relay.centrify.net should be already in place. If specific IP ranges have been whitelisted, please refer to KB-13446: How to Whitelist a Tenant for use with Web Proxies and Firewalls and use the IP address range for the US West region.
