Our provider for SMS is now observing a recovery in SMS and delivery delays when sending messages to Verizon US. They continue to monitor the service to ensure a full recovery. We will provide additional updates here as we get them.

Investigating
Our provider for SMS delivery is reporting delivery failures for SMS for the Verizon US network. Users attempting to receive MFA via SMS on the Verizon US network may experience delivery failures. Our provider is investigating this issue. Other SMS networks and other services are not impacted by this. We will provide updates here as we get them.
