The cause if this issue has been identified, and our messaging provider is in the process of registering senderID with the local government authority. We advise customers experiencing this issue to contact Centrify Support at http://support.centrify.com for alternative solutions.

Investigating
Our provider for messaging is currently experiencing partial service degradation. As a result, some of our customers in India (country code 91) may be experiencing SMS delivery failure. We will continue to monitor this situation and provide more updates when available.
