From 02:08 PM UTC on 03/31, Centrify customers subscribed to pod15 may experience issues with accessing both the Centrify User Portal and Cloud Manager. Centrify engineers are investigating the issue with our provider ( Microsoft Azure ) as an outage has been confirmed at Azure Japan East Region.

Our monitoring system has alerted us of service interruption on pod 15. Our Operations team is currently investigating and we will update as we have further details.
