Monitoring - Our service provider ( Microsoft Azure ) is still actively working on the incident, but at this time, login issue on Centrify side should be resolved. Investigating - From [02:24 AM] UTC on [06/10], Centrify customers subscribed to [POD22] may experience issues with accessing both the Centrify User Portal and Cloud Manager. Centrify engineers are investigating the issue with our provider ( Microsoft Azure ) as an outage has been confirmed at Azure [West Europe] Region.

Investigating - Our provider for messaging is currently experiencing partial service degradation. As a result, some of our customers may be experiencing issues in receiving emails for: MFA emails, user invitations, device enrollment invitations and provisioning reports. Currently these emails may be delayed or blocked. We will continue to monitor this situation and provide more updates when available.
